We typically work with clients through the implementation of the pilot or “phase I” deployment of the technology in working production environments.

Managing large-scale implementation and transformation: Our program and project management service offerings enable us to partner with our clients to oversee and optimize the success of large-scale technology implementations and business transformation. As appropriate, we can staff large projects, work with your in-house resources, partner with other technology shops, and engage low-cost offshore resources.
