William C. Robichaud, Sr. - Founder, President and CEO
As founder, president and chief executive officer, Bill is charged with growing the company and establishing it as a premier provider of business and technology services for leading organizations in New England and beyond. In just six years, he has seen the organization he founded grow from a single employee—himself—to a powerhouse with nearly 300 employees. Along the way, he has directed profitable expansion into strategic new markets. Bill has more than 20 years of information systems experience, including substantial consulting, recruiting, sales and management expertise. In 1984, Bill began his consulting career at Computer Assistance, which was later acquired by Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He ascended quickly, from Programmer/Analyst to Project Manager. Within eight years, he became a Branch Manager. In 1992, Bill joined Catalyst Consulting, where he eventually became Vice President of Sales. In 1996, Bill became Managing Partner of Business Technologies (now part of Exodus Communications); his responsibilities in that role included sales and staffing for the entire firm. In addition, Bill has contributed to and been featured in several business and industry publications, and authored a chapter of Inside the Minds: CEO Leadership Strategies, from Aspatore Books.
Walter R. Kuketz - Senior Vice President and CTO
Walter defines Collaborative’s technical strategy, and helps establish its overall direction. He established the company’s flagship performance engineering methodology, and has helped expand its capabilities and services. Walter has also played an integral role attracting some of the industry’s leading technical and consulting professionals to Collaborative, often providing instant credibility and capability in key areas. He is responsible for the company’s continually evolving service offerings and global delivery, and remains active in key accounts. A prolific author and thought leader, Walter has published numerous papers, most notably “Real Options Analysis.” And, as a nationally recognized technologist, he is frequently featured in industry publications, and often speaks at conferences and other events. Before joining Collaborative, Walter was a partner in CSC’s technology services group, where he served as competency leader for the national performance engineering practice. He has extensive experience in the design and execution of benchmarks for client/server and Web-based applications.
William Bowditch - Vice President and CFO
William is a talented and experienced senior executive with considerable expertise helping Collaborative’s monetary interests, including consultants’ time and expense management, and ensures that company complies with in-house policies, as well as local, state and federal regulations. William joined Collaborative early in 2005, after serving as controller at Leerink Swann & Co., a Boston investment bank with a healthcare focus. Before that role, William was vice president and controller at GoldK, a technology-based retirement services organization. And, for seven years, William performed a variety of assurance, tax and strategic planning roles for clients of Ernst & Young. He also served in an accounting role for two years at Fidelity Investments.
John Williams - Senior Vice President and National Services Director
John leads Collaborative's service offerings, and manages the company's National Practice. He maintains a special focus on data management, an area in which he has nearly two decades of relevant experience. John has spent a large portion of his career helping high-profile companies rein in data and use it to create immediate, long-term business advantage. John has extensive systems development and integration experience, and is expert in data management, data warehousing, database design and architecture. Prior to joining Collaborative, he was Director of Technology at NerveWire, and before that, a Partner with CSC Consulting, where he directed the development of the National Data Warehousing Practice. John also held an executive technology position at InFront Solutions. He is an engaging and highly sought-after speaker, and frequently publishes thought leadership materials, such as white papers and trade magazine articles.
Michael D. LaVangie - Senior Vice President of Sales
For more than 25 years, Mike has helped companies gain business advantage with his deep understanding of the sales process and the critical relationship between business and technology. Mike joined Collaborative after serving in a similar role at LeadingSide Inc., where he developed and implemented the national organization’s solutions-based sales model to a variety of industries. He led numerous initiatives including recruiting and hiring, budgeting, forecasting, account strategy, and proposal development. Earlier, Mike was Area Vice President at Computer Horizons Corp., where he helped quintuple revenues in just four years; served as a financial services-focused account executive at BBN; spent six years at Catalyst Consulting Inc., where he became an Executive Vice President; and 11 years at Coopers & Lybrand (formerly Computer Assistance) as an account executive and consultant.
